Refund policy

Your total satisfaction is our goal at KittySmart LLC.  In the event that you are not satisfied with your Carpet Scratch Stopper purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days of purchase date for a full refund (less shipping and handling).  Please return in the original shipping carton to our product return address specified on your shipping invoice.
